Siobhan is dedicated to helping couples build stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships. Utilising the evidence-based Gottman Method Couples Therapy, she provides effective and compassionate support tailored to each unique relationship.

Her approach is grounded in decades of research by Drs. John and Julie Gottman, focusing on enhancing communication, deepening emotional connection, and building lasting bonds.

Currently, Siobhan is completing the Level 1 Training with the esteemed Gottman Institute, ensuring that her methods are rooted in the latest and most effective practices.

What to Expect

1. First Session: This initial session (90 mins) will be spent getting to know both of you. We will discuss your relationship history, current challenges, and goals for therapy.

2. Second Session: In this session, we will have individual meetings with each partner (45 mins). This allows for a deeper understanding of each person’s perspective and concerns.

3. From Session Three Onwards: Ongoing sessions are 60 – 90 minutes depending on your availability. We will begin to devise a tailored treatment plan based on the insights gathered from the first two sessions. This plan will guide our work together as we address your unique needs and work towards your relationship goals.
