All virtual sessions are held using Zoom or Google Meet (unless agreed otherwise). Once you have booked your slot you will receive an email with the meeting details.
Questions about rates
How much does a session cost?
South African residents: individual counselling (55 minutes) R1,050; couples counselling (90 minutes) R1,575; TRE® (55 minutes, in person in Noordhoek) R1,050. Clients outside South Africa: individual £60; couples £90. The first couples session (90 minutes) costs the same, and premarital counselling and separating with care are charged at the couples rate.
How can I pay?
By EFT, UK bank transfer, credit or debit card, or cash. Clients abroad pay by card, using a payment link.

My rates are reviewed each January. The rates on this page are for 2026.
