I believe there is no health without mental health. Many of us live day to day not really feeling connected to ourselves or those around us. Grief, loss, depression and anxiety are something many of us experience frequently.

When we experience physical pain or illness we go to our GP, but there is often little in the way of support to be found for our inner experience.
