# Rates & Bookings: for counselling in Noordhoek, Cape Town, and online

Sessions are in person at Lake Michelle, Noordhoek, or online by Zoom or Google Meet. My rates are reviewed each January; these are my 2026 rates.

All virtual sessions are held using [Zoom](https://zoom.us/) or [Google Meet](https://workspace.google.com/products/meet/) (unless agreed otherwise). Once you have booked your slot you will receive an email with the meeting details.

## Questions about rates

How much does a session cost?

South African residents: individual counselling (55 minutes) R1,050; couples counselling (90 minutes) R1,575; TRE® (55 minutes, in person in Noordhoek) R1,050. Clients outside South Africa: individual £60; couples £90. The first couples session (90 minutes) costs the same, and premarital counselling and separating with care are charged at the couples rate.

How can I pay?

By EFT, UK bank transfer, credit or debit card, or cash. Clients abroad pay by card, using a payment link.

Do your rates change?

My rates are reviewed each January. The rates on this page are for 2026.

Yes. You can book a free 15-minute online introduction call to meet me and ask any questions before you book a session.
